The Voxtelesys Voice API offers an easy and secure solution for creating, controlling, and receiving voice calls. With the Voice API, developers can programmatically initiate outbound calls by sending HTTP requests to the API or by integrating with our Node.js SDK. Through the use of HTTP callbacks, developers also have the freedom to alter the sequence of an existing call and track call progress. Inbound calls are easy to handle too -- all you need to do is set up a Voice API Profile in our user-friendly Customer Portal. Calls can be customized using a simple XML-based format called VoxXML that defines the flow of a call in terms of simple nouns and verbs. From basic notifications to complex IVR setups, VoxXML provides the flexibility needed for any type of call. Add features like text-to-speech, call recordings, interactive voice recognition, and the Voice API has all of the tools you need to deliver a quality experience to customers.

The Voxtelesys Faxing API provides a convenient solution to create profiles for inbound and outbound faxes. With the fax section of the API, you can easily create a new fax with plenty of user-defined options. Our Faxing API also allows for the uploading of media, currently in the form of TIFFs and PDFs. These pieces of media are linked to your faxes in order to enrich the contents of the fax. Our eFax servers also support TLS encryption for sending and receiving faxes via email, so you can rest assured knowing your data is secure. However, if your mail sever has an unreliable TLS encryption, you can define encryption passwords for both outbound and inbound faxes in our Customer Portal. In this portal, you can create profiles, establish encryption passwords, and even whitelist emails, so only specific faxes will get through! The powerful features within our Faxing API allows for nearly any faxing issue to be tackled, all while remaining easy to set up and use.
